 3) When the ankle joint is extended, the toes go up, causing
increase pressure and friction at the sole of foot.

   1) When ankle is in flexion, toes straightened out.
   2) This problem is due to a tight Achilles tendon
and a contracted tendon of the foot.

A tailor special frame which is a computer guided
device was used to gradually lengthen the tendo Achilles.

     After correction was done.
