10 Year Old Girl With an Equines Deformity at the Left Ankle.

10 year old girl with an equines deformity at the left ankle.

The Achilles tendon is contracted and thus she couldn’t put her heal on the ground.

A computer guided correction was planned. The deformity parameters were defined.

                                           1)      Computer simulator showing the deformity.
                                 2)      Deformity with frame applied.
                                 3)      Expected deformity correction with the frame.

The frame was applied and a percutaneous tendon release was done.
